Each of our 5 beautiful, fully restored rooms offers you the quality and comfort you deserve, from the high ceilings to the hardwood floors. Prepare a relaxing breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen before exploring historic Bisbee.
After your adventures, relax with a quiet movie. All our rooms are furnished with flat screen television, cable,
DVD players and free WiFi. Each of our rooms features a private bathroom for your comfort.
Our check in time is from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. However, if you will be arriving after hours please let us know. We have a keyless entry system and can make accommodations for self check-ins.
If you happen to arrive in town before 3:00 PM, you are welcome to check with us. If the suite is available, we are happy to check you in early. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
Our rates are based on double occupancy. A $15 additional-person-charge applies in rooms that will accommodate more than 2. We are a completely
non-smoking facility (this includes the burning of incense, E-cigs and Vaping) and we do not allow pets. A $150 per day cleaning fee will be applied retroactively to your credit card for violation of these policies.
We ask that you observe a quiet time from 11:00PM to 8:00AM out of respect and consideration of our other guests. For non-Special Event stays, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENT BOOKING
For Holiday and Special Event two-night minimum stays there is a two week cancellation policy. If cancellation is not made during the cancellation period, you will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay. In addition, on Holidays and Special Event stays, the credit card on file will be charged at 12:00PM on the day of arrival, if the credit card is declined we will cancel your reservation. Please call us by 12:00PM on the day of arrival if you want to use a different credit card or payment method.

COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS AND POLICIES
Canyon Rose Suites is committed to the safety and well-being of our
guests and our employees.
The following are the precautions we are currently taking as a result
of the pandemic. We will reevaluate our policy at regular intervals
as the information about safety unfolds:
Guest reservations will be accepted either online or by phone. Payments will be accepted online or by phone, via credit card. Guests will be checked in remotely using secure door codes.
All rooms will be left vacant for two days following rental, to be cleaned on the 3rd day, to allow a minimum 48-hour interval between room use.
All rooms will be sanitized thoroughly between uses.
All door, keypads, railings and common area surfaces will be disinfected at regular intervals.
Daily Housekeeping services will not be available.
When guests and staff members are in the building, we ask that you wear a mask in common areas out of respect to those who feel they need that protection.
The hotel will have masks available if needed.
Hand-sanitizing stations are located in the common areas.
